ROYAL MILITARY POLICE-FROM INKERMAN TO SOUTHWICK PARK
|
Below is some of the website that has been recovered from Ian Dixons original RedCap70.net, some of the squad photo's and some of the personal photos have been lost, the 'Nominal Roll' is... intact, but elderly, ...that along everything else needs updating.
We have started to update or correct information ... Any and all assistance in this project will be gratefully recieved.

The RMP is now part of the tri-service 'Defence Police & Guarding' College at the former "HMS Dryad" base at Southwick Park, Portsmouth, Hampshire. PO17 6EJ
(Where incidentally, Harry Burden's ashes are buried by the chapel. He died in Chichester in July 1994, aged 78 years.)
Please take a nostalgic trip down memory lane and with your help our photo gallery is keeping the spirit of the Corps alive!
There is nothing more powerful than a picture that captures a moment in history...
Please help us complete the Squad photos galleries, send what ever you have no matter what condition, but should preferably be 1500 pixels or more. If they are smaller they will not enlarge with any clarity.
If ...as you browse the Galleries, you recognise anyone please let us know, so that we can put a name to a face!

TRAINING SQUAD PHOTOS-ROUSSILLON-1964 to 2006 and SOUTHWICK PARK 2006 to 2010
NOTE: Most Roussillon squad photos did not contain names from 1964 on-but were often signed by squad members on the rear! Many Roussillon squad photos were taken by SIB trainees whist doing their photographic courses. There are a lot of empty spaces in the latter year albums-can you help fill the spaces please?
